A 60's child is an interesting & charming book which describes the author’s childhood, growing up in the small, close-knit community of Little Somerford in north Wiltshire.
Diana describes in detail, the village, her family, friends, neighbours, seasonal pursuits and village events with perceptive observations & wry humour which often made me laugh out loud.
What strikes the reader is how incredibly hard her parents worked to give their daughters a good start in life. Many people would empathise with Diana’s experiences. Anyone wanting to know what it was like to grow up in the 1960s would find this book both informative and enjoyable. I loved it. Ceri Vyner. (five star book).

Examines the fine line we all have between life, death and the possibility of what lies beyond. Punchy, imaginative and real but leaves the reader with a genuine feeling of calm and inner resolve
